Devils Bridge - Entrance to Punchbowl and Waterfalls

Devils Bridge Falls is a world famous tourist attraction 12 miles from Aberystwyth. These unique waterfalls have attracted many thousands of visitors since the 18th century, including William Wordsworth who wrote about the "Torrent at the Devil's Bridge". Today, the Falls Nature Trail provides a unique opportunity to see this great natural feature in the Rheidol Gorge.

Cenarth - River Teifi

Alongside the river still stands Cenarth's 17th century flour mill, which retains its cast iron and timber wheel. Once powered by the falls, the mill has long since been used to grind grain and now houses a collection of antiquities on display to the public.

Aberystwyth 3

Aberystwyth is the principal holiday resort and administrative centre of the west coast of Wales. It is also home to the University of Wales Aberystwyth and the National Library.
The town is nestled between three hills and two beaches, and hosts some castle ruins, a pier and a harbour. The surrounding hills hold the visible remains of a iron age fort and also a monument to Wellington and once climbed offer stunning views of Cardigan Bay.

Aberystwyth War Memorial

The War Memorial stands overlooking the sea in the grounds of Aberystwyth Castle. The statue, topped a figure representing peace emerging at the end of the First World War, was built in 1922 to a design by an Italian, Mario Rutelli.
