Tredegar House 1

Tredegar House is one of the most magnificent 17th century, country houses in Britain and one of the architectural wonders of Wales.
For over 500 years, it was the ancestral home of one of the greatest Welsh families, the Morgans, later Lord Tredegar, until they left in 1951.
Whilst parts of the house date back to medival times, most of what you see today was bulit between 1664 and 1672.

Tredegar House in the Snow

Set in a beautiful 90 acre park, Tredegar House is one of the best examples of a 17th century Charles II mansion in Britain. The earliest surviving part of the building dates back to the early 1500’s.
